Transfer calls using the Desktop App

1. If you want to Transfer an active call to another extension, Press the Blind transfer button. This will temporarily place the caller on hold.

2. Next, in the Keypad section dial the extension number of the person you would like to transfer the call to and hit send (the green dial button)

3. The call will instantly send the call to the extension that was dialed

Note: Attended transfers are the same but with an extra step where you have to dial the extension number and talk to the recipient before transferring the call as usual. 

Alternatively, for attended transfers you can transfer a call to Park (1, 2, 3, etc.) instead. Park is a shared hold anyone can see and pick up. Just place the call on park, call the extension and let them know what Park number the caller is on.
