Call Recording has been enabled for your account.
To view call recordings, visit portal.brytecall.com and follow the instructions below.
1. Once you are logged into the Brytecall Portal, select the Apps button in the upper right-hand corner (your landing page may appear different)
2. Select the Call Recording app (your app selection may appear different)
3. In the Call Recording app select the Stored Recordings tab
4. Select the date range you would like to view. You can view up to 30 days at a time and as far as 6 months back.
5. Finally, once the date range has been selected, press Load All to view all of your recordings for the selected date range. (Calls will show once populated)
