Step 1.
Please open a new web browser and go to staging.sipengines.com
Enter your credentials to login.
Step 2.
Once you're in your account please select "Main Menu" on the left side of the dashboard.
Step 3.
Then select "Incoming call Handling" to see the drop down below.
Click on the cog wheel next to Virtual Receptionist.
Step 4.
You can upload your recording for your main menu by selecting "Upload your own file".
Please do not forgot to save the changes you have made by clicking on the save button.
