Add Quick Dial Options for Desktop App

1. To add a quick dial option, go to the Contacts section and hit the "+" next to Quick Dial

2. Next, enter the extension Name, extension Number, and enable BLF (Enabling BLF will allow you to see if the user is on a call or if they are free) then hit Save.

3. (Optional)To add Parking (shared hold) and Voicemail quick dial options, enter the following: 

Park 1

Voicemail (Note: DO NOT enable BLF for the voicemail quick dial)

4. Once you are back in the Keypad section it should appear as so: 

It will automatically call any quick dial option that is selected
