Types of Transfers
You must already have the CloudFone app installed and provisoned on your cell phone.

Blind Transfer
Sends the caller directly to the extension without letting your colleague know you're transferring a call to them.
- While on a call, hit the "transfer" button.
- Dial the extension you would like to transfer to, and hit the Brytecall icon on the bottom to send the call to the desired extension.
The call has been transferred.
Attended Transfer
This option will allow you to talk to your colleague before transferring the call to them.
- While on a call, hit the "att. transfer" button.
- Dail the extension you would like to communicate with, and hit the Brytecall icon on the bottom of the screen to get connected with them.
- When you're done talking to your colleuge and ready to transfer the call to them, hit the "transfer" button on the bottom left of the screen.
The call has been transferred.
