The app may appear different depending on whether it's on an iPhone or Android

1. Open the app and select the"House" tab.

2. Press the add button

3. Next, enter the name of the person and the number or extension to dial below the person's name

If you enable the "Busy Lamp Field" it will allow you to view if the extension you want to dial is on an active call.
