Voicemail

Begin by pressing the"Mail" icon on your phone (envelope symbol ✉️ ). Or dial *98

If creating a new mailbox, the automated system will say:
"Welcome to your mailbox, together we will personalize your settings. Let's start by setting your password.
Please enter your password, then press #"
Once entered twice, it will prompt you to record your greeting.

If the mailbox is already created, you will be presented with these options in the mailbox menu:

Option 1:New Messages

Once you have listened to the voicemail you will be given the following options:

• 1: Save
• 2: Replay
• 3: Forward
• 7: Delete
• 0: Back to Main Menu

*Note your Voicemail Box can hold up to 100 voicemails.

• 1: Re-record Greeting
• 2: Record Name
• 3: Change Password
• 4: Use Temporary Greeting
• 5: Delete Temporary Greeting and Return to Normal Greeting
• 0: Return to Main Menu
