First, we need to check if your phone is connected to the internet, please follow the steps below.
Polycom Phone
- Hit the "House" button to the right of the phone screen
- Enter "Settings"
- Dial 411
- Look for the number next to the "IPv4" address
If there is no number next to the IPv4 address, the phone is not connected to the internet. Network troubleshooting is required.
If there is a number next to the IPv4, press and hold 1, 3, and 0 at the same time on the number pad until the phone reboots. It should re-register in the system once it is finished rebooting.
*Phone may need to be unlocked by support
If the phone does not re-register after the reboot, contact support@brytecall.com
Yealink Phone
- Press the "OK" button and check for a number next to the "IPv4" address field.
If there is no number next to the IPv4 address, the phone is not connected to the internet. Network troubleshooting is required.
If there is a number next to the IPv4, power cycle the phone by unplugging the power cord, waiting 15 seconds, and reconnecting the phone to power. It should re-register once it reboots.
*Phone may need to be unlocked by support
