Blind Transfer
Sends the caller directly to the extension without letting your colleague know you're transferring a call to them.
- While on an active call locate the "Transfer" button below the screen, it will be the third button to the right.
- After you press the "Transfer" button, click the "Lines" button located on the left to view the Home Screen to show all extensions. (If you do not have BLF buttons on your Home Screen, dial the extension you would like to transfer to, and hit the green "Send" button the left to transfer the call.)
- Select the extension you wish to transfer to and the call will transfer automatically.
