To perform a factory reset here are the following steps below:
- Press and hold down the OK key in the middle of your phone, hold for about 5 to 8 seconds
- Release the OK button after the Reset to factory setting window appears
- Press OK and the phone will display resetting to factory settings, please wait and then reboot
