Below you will find instructions on how to set up your BryteCall desktop app.
1. Navigate to our website of https://brytecall.com/
2. Click on the Support tab:
3. Scroll down to the bottom to where it says "Desktop Downloads"
4. Download the necessary file for your platform.
5. You will receive an email with the subject: Mobile/Desktop App Login Link, click the link that says "Click here to provision".
If you have not received an email with the link, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, contact support.
Please ensure that you have downloaded the app from the instructions above before clicking the below link in email.
6. After clicking the link, you will receive a dialogue box asking to open the application. Click "Open Brytecall"
7. This will log you into the app, and should look as follows:
